Attention all you sushi fans. Hub 51 (51 W. Hubbard St., 312-828-0051) now offers an expanded late-night menu that includes (you guessed it) lots of maki love. On the chance that you're out with someone who is not hot for a spicy tuna roll, the new menu also includes bites like all-natural braised chicken tacos, ceviche, a green chile cheeseburger, and more.
