Experience a French-inspired Thanksgiving at Bistronomic (840 N. Wabash Ave., 312-944-8400) from 2 to 9 p.m. Each of the four courses will have four options to choose from, ranging from traditional favorites with all the trimmings, vegetarian selections (such as wild mushroom ravioli), and chef Martial Noguier's French twists like foie gras and chicken liver terrine. And keeping with all things French, trade that apple pie for apple crepes with turbinado sugar and caramel sauce. The cost is $55 per adult, $20 for children 12 and under. Reservations required.
