Any restaurant named after the villa where the Rolling Stones recorded Exile on Main Street is probably going to be rocking. At chef Jared Van Camp's Nellcôte (833 W. Randolph St.), you can also expect pastas and pizzas that are made in house right down to the flour, which the restaurant will mill on site.
