Is just dining at your favorite restaurants no longer enough to quench your foodie appetite? Then check out new company Flight Chicago, an awesome concept that gives clients a behind-the-scenes look at renowned restaurants including Sepia, The Bristol, and Branch 27. Each flight lasts three hours (2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., when most restaurants are closed) and takes you to three neighborhood restaurants in the West Loop (Tuesdays), West Town (Wednesdays), or Bucktown (Thursdays). At each spot you'll receive food tastings and a signature cocktail, a tour, and question-and-answer session with the chefs and staffs. More days and neighborhoods are in the works.

It's a genius idea, dreamed up by former Metromix staffer Amber Tillett and Monika Lotter, previously the catering director for Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago. The full schedule is below. Book your spot (flights are $125 each) today!
