Restaurant Week ends this weekend, but don't despair. As much as I love Restaurant Week, it's not without its faults — namely, reservations at the best restaurants go super fast and the menus at some eateries can be a little hit or miss, offering some good food but not much of a discount. (Look out for my take on the three spots I stopped by for Restaurant Week early next week.) But with the recently announced Chicago Chef Week, taking place from March 20-26, there's no fluff — all the restaurants are top notch — which means the $22 three-course prix-fixe lunch and $33 three-course prix-fixe dinner is a great deal, no matter where you dine.
