With a tempting mix of designers including Tibi, Loeffler Randall, and Shoshanna, the Southport location of Perchance Boutique (3512 N. Southport Ave., 773-244-1300) is already one of our favorite places to shop. Now downtown girls are in luck: the ladies of Perchance are bringing their style to spare to the Gold Coast, opening a second shop at The Elysian (11 E. Walton St.) on Aug. 19.

The 1,600-square-foot shop will feature both midlevel brands and super high-end brands. "We'll have everything from $7,000 Marchesa gowns to $200 Tucker silk blouses," says Nikki Schierer, Perchance's manager and PR director. "We're definitely a high-end, luxury boutique, but we're also nice, normal girls. We want shopping to be a fun, breezy, comfortable experience. You can come in wearing a ponytail and not get the once over."

The new Perchance will have three windows overlooking The Elysian's courtyard and three looking out onto State Street. Inside, you'll find clothing, shoes, and accessories from some of the most alluring designers around, including Erin Fetherston, Gryphon, Anna Sui, and M.Patmos. Also look for exclusives from Doo.Ri, Vanessa Bruno, Annelore, and more. The shop is carrying the brand-new clothing and accessories line from one of my favorite interior designers, Kelly Wearstler, which I can't wait to see! Awesome services will include discounted valet parking, special arrangements for spa services and dining at the hotel, and on-site tailoring. Welcome to the Gold Coast, Perchance!
